- 2025 AFC Champions Elite League:
- 1st and 2nd place 2023-2024 KSA1 teams
- 2025 AFC Champions League 2 - Group Stage:
- 3rd place 2023-2024 KSA1 team
The winner of 2023-2024 The Custodian Of The Two Holy Mosques Cup or King Cup, typically an KSA1 team, also receives a berth in the Group Stage of the 2025 AFC Champions Elite League.

Season Format
Each KSA1 team plays Home-Away matches with the other 17 KSA1 teams for a total of 34 league matches per team. Table ranking ties are broken by (1) head-to-head points, (2) head-to-head goal difference, (3) total goal difference, (4) total goals scored, then (5) Fair-play points.
Playoffs
Not applicable.
Relegation
At the end of the 2023-2024 Regular season, the 16th, 17th and 18th place KSA1 teams will be relegated directly to the KSA2.
