During the 2026 LTU1 Regular season, each team plays Home-Away matches with the other 9 LTU1 clubs twice for a total of 36 league matches per team. Table rankings ties are broken by (1) playoff (to decide champion only), (2) head-to-head points, (3) head-to-head goal difference, (4) head-to-head goals scored, (5) head-to-head matches won, (6) goal difference, (7) goals scored, (8) matches won, (9) Fair-play Ranking, then (10) a drawing.

Relegation
At the end of the 2026 LTU1 season, the 10th place LTU1 team will be relegated to the LTU2 and the 9th place LTU1 team will have a Home/Away highest aggregate goals wins Relegation/Promotion Playoff with the 2nd place LTU2 team.
