Summary
The Liga de Fútbol Profesional Bolivano (BOL1) is the top level of league style football competition in Bolivia. At the end of the 2026 Torneo Clausura, the BOL1 teams listed below qualify for the following non-league play:
- 2027 Copa Libertadores - Group Stage:
- 1st and 2nd place 2026 BOL teams
- 2027 Copa Libertadores - 1st Stage:
- 3rd place 2026 BOL1 teams
- 2027 Copa Sudamericana - 1st Stage:
- 4th, 5th and 6th place 2026 BOL1 teams
On 10 June 2026, BOL1 play was suspended until further notice due to the effect ongoing protests in Bolivia have on match scheduling.
The winner of the 2026 Copa Bolivia, typically a BOL1 team, also receives a berth in the 2027 Copa Sudamericana - 1st Stage.

Season Format
For the 2026 season, each BOL1 team plays Home-Away matches against the other 15 BOL1 teams for a total of 30 league matches per team. Table rankings ties are broken by (1) a playoff match (only if needed to decide championship between two teams), (2) goal difference, (3) goals scored, (4) Away goals scored, (5) Yellow Cards, then (6) a drawing of lots.
Playoffs
Not applicable.
Relegation
At the end of the 2027 BOL1 Regular season, the 16th place BOL1 team will be relegated to the BOL2, and the 15th place BOL1 team will enter into a Home-Away highest aggregate goals wins Promotion/Relegation Playoff with the 2nd place BOL2 team.
