During the 2023 LTU1 Regular season, each team plays Home-Away matches with the other 9 LTU1 clubs twice for a total of 36 league matches. Table rankings ties are broken by (1) head-to-head points, (2) head-to-head goal difference, (3) head-to-head goals scored, (4) head-to-head matches won, (5) goal difference, (6) goals scored, then (7) matches won.

Relegation
At the end of the 2023 LTU1 season, the 10th place LTU1 team was relegated to the LTU2 and the 9th place LTU1 team will have a Home/Away highest aggregate goals wins Relegation/Promotion Playoff with the 2nd place LTU2 team.
