- 2nd, 3rd and 4th place 2023 KAZ1 teams
The winner of the 2023 Kazakhstan Cup, typically a KAZ1 team, also receives a berth in the 2nd Qualifying Round of the 2024 - 2025 UEFA Europa Conference League.

Season Format
In the 2023 KAZ1 season, each KAZ1 team plays Home/Away matches against the other 13 KAZ1 teams once for a total of 26 league matches. Table ranking ties are broken by (1) goal difference, (2) matches won, (3) total goals scored, (4) away goals scored, (5) head-to-head points, (6) head-to-head matches won, (7) head-to-head goal difference, (8) head-to-head goals scored, (9) head-to-head away goals scored, then (10) a draw.

Relegation
At the end of the 2023 KAZ1 season, the 12th, 13th and 14th place KAZ1 teams will be relegated directly to the KAZ2.
